The hotel overall was a decent stay! The only complaint about the room was that There wasn’t a fridge in the room. The water park was closed and if we would have had our kids that would have been a major deal. The location was farther than we would have liked from any beach. The rooms was very clean and we like it cold in our room and it did stay cool.

Stayed at the Ramada water park hotel in Kissimmee for a short family weekend. For the price, it’s decent if you’re mainly there for the water park and don’t care about frills.Pros:Small water park: My kids loved it. Slides were closed due to weather during our stay, which was a bummer, but the rest of the water area was open and kept them busy.Staff: Really friendly and helpful across the board. Big plus.Affordability: You’re getting budget pricing, and it shows, but it makes sense for a quick weekend.Extras for families: There’s a kids arcade and a tiki bar for parents. Both were a hit with us.Cons:Rooms: Very outdated. Think 2-star and you’ll be fine. Clean, but worn and in need of a refresh.Breakfast: The “free breakfast” is not a buffet. It’s served in the restaurant and is bare bones: toast, a biscuit, pudding, or plain cereal. If you’re lucky, pancakes show up one day. You can upgrade to a bacon breakfast for $10/person, but the base offering is 0 stars in my book.Bottom line: If you want a cheap base for a short family trip and your kids will use the water park + arcade, this works. Just don’t expect modern rooms or a real breakfast. Go in knowing it’s a 2-star experience and you won’t be disappointed. I’d recommend it for affordability and kid-friendly features, but not for a longer stay or if you care about the room/breakfast.

It wasn’t that bad like the reviews say. Now when I was there from July 2-5. There were only two slides open and the kids section was closed off which made the pool pack and cause the water to be milky. But other than that I would go again. They have resorts prices so definitely save some money up before you go. Now I didn’t like the arcade. They can definitely do better with the arcade. They need to upgrade the place. But once they do that they would have to raise the prices. So it’s ok for what you pay for I spent $237 that’s including the resort fee so it’s good for what it’s worth. At least they do not charge for parking. I wish they will allowed people to pop fireworks but I understand why they do not because people do not know how to act

Checked in at 5 because of traffic and other things we were doing. By the time we got settled and to the kids fun slides it was 5:30. Then was told that section closes at 6pm which is super duper early. It doesn’t open again until after check out. THE ONLY REASON TO COME TO THE DIRTY CHEAP-AZZ HOTEL IS THE KIDS AREA. THEY REEL YOU IN AND CUT SERVICES FOR NO REASON. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at a better quality hotel, in a better area with services that are open for kids.

I have mixed feelings about our recent visit, but I want to start with the highlight of our stay. ||The Service|The two women working the outdoor waterpark and pool area were nothing short of amazing. Even as the day wound down and the park was nearly empty, they remained incredibly friendly, helpful, and wore huge smiles. They even let my daughter continue playing solo when the crowds thinned out, giving her a "private park" experience she won’t soon forget. They are a massive asset to this hotel.||The Facilities|While the service was 5-star, the waterpark itself is showing its age in a concerning way. I understand the hotel is undergoing major changes, and I sincerely hope the slides are on the refurbishment list. We noticed:| * Significant rust and corrosion throughout the waterpark structures.| * Structural instability: One of the watersides shook violently whenever an adult used it, which felt quite unsafe.|One slide out of three was opened. |Kids play zone closed |Hot spa closed |Water park slide did not open til 2. |Main pool is heated which was nice. |Tiki Bar was closed; so we had to order in to avoid leaving the hotel for food.||My Verdict|Go for the wonderful hospitality and the lazy river, but use the slides with caution. If the management matches the quality of the facilities to the quality of their staff during this renovation, this place will be a knockout.

Lots wrong with this place. Broken/weak doors. Dirty rooms. Day one, I noticed the bottom of my feet were completely black from walking on the room floors. Loose bath faucet/spout. During a weeklong stay, only one water slide was opened for less than an hour. The young kids' water playground area was taped off and unavailable the whole time. Two water leaks in the dining area the whole time. The price is not high. Breakfast included. Main pool was fine with lots of room and depth. Lazy river is open full time. Hot tub was available and hot most of the time. Arcade has lots of games.

Booked for the waterpark and half of the things to do had yellow tape around them. Our room door was broken. We were only able to get it fixed because my husband flagged down a very helpful maintenance worker. Staff was nice but at all times of the day the line was out the door with check ins and people complaining. They only put one wash cloth in our room when the room was booked for four people. PICTURES ARE DECEIVING! Would not book again.

I was just here 5-8 to 5-10-26.. the whole place is a 10 out of 10. I too was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews and pictures but once I arrived and looked around I realized it was not bad at all. You get an awesome experience for the price. You sleep comfortably and clean. The AC works just fine. The Waterpark and bar were excellent and the staff was very nice.
